How much does it cost after the first 4 months?
Service renewal starts at €50 for 4 months. There is no automatic charge.
What if I do not renew the service?
The device remains yours. Tracking and data transmission pause until you renew the service.
Can I install the device myself?
Yes. Essential and Pro connect to the battery positive and negative terminals, while Battery is simply placed on the boat. Instructions in Croatian are included.
How long does delivery take?
Preparation takes 2–3 business days, followed by 1–3 business days for BOX NOW delivery.
Does it work outside Croatia?
Yes. The SIM card works in more than 140 countries, with no roaming charges.
Does GPS tracking guarantee protection against theft?
No. Tracking depends on power and mobile network coverage. It helps you learn immediately when the boat moves and see where it is.
